My name is Alexey. I am originally from Novosibirsk, Russia, and have been living in Indonesia for over 15 years. I settled in West Kalimantan, far from tourist areas, fully surrounded by local communities. This allowed me to quickly adapt, deeply learn the local culture, and become fluent in conversational Indonesian.
Shortly after my arrival, I registered my own company and started producing foam concrete blocks and manufacturing equipment for their production. I delivered equipment to many provinces across Indonesia, visited almost all of the major islands, and met many people — from construction company owners to regular workers. This experience gave me valuable knowledge about business, culture, work processes, and the challenges of doing business in Indonesia.
Construction has always been my passion. I developed a mobile mixer for producing foam concrete directly on-site and adapted the casting technology using permanent formwork. Several projects using this technology were completed on Papua Island. Since 2016, I have managed various projects in Indonesia and Papua New Guinea.
While working in Bali, I encountered many unreliable contractors and realized how important it is to have access to professionals who can complete the work properly, on time, and at a fair price.
Through managing construction projects and learning through experience, I have built a network of trusted contractors who can handle almost any type of work.
